Data deletion
You can disconnect a provider immediately or request removal of your Wieser Social account, workspace, and synchronized provider data.
Disconnect a social account
Sign in, open Settings → Social Accounts, and choose Disconnectfor the provider. This removes the stored OAuth connection and token from Wieser Social. You can also revoke Wieser Social from the connected provider's security or authorized-app settings.
Request complete deletion
Email traviswieser@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Wieser Social data deletion request and include:
- Your account email address.
- The workspace name or workspace ID.
- Whether to delete the entire workspace, your membership, or data from a specific connected provider.
Additional verification may be requested to prevent an unauthorized deletion. Verified requests are targeted for completion within 30 days.
What is removed
Depending on the request, deletion includes stored provider tokens and account metadata, synchronized inbox and analytics records, posts, drafts, media, workspace settings, memberships, invitations, and encrypted AI keys. Limited audit or backup records may remain temporarily when needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, and expire through normal retention processes.
Revoke access at the provider
Disconnecting in Wieser Social removes the local connection. For additional control, revoke access directly through the provider:
