Terms of Service
These terms describe the responsibilities that come with using Wieser Social and connecting third-party accounts.
Using the service
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity performed through your workspace.
Your content and accounts
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Wieser Social the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, schedule, and transmit that content at your direction. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to publish it and to connect each social account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Wieser Social to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, or distribute harmful material.
- Send spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform safeguards, or violate a connected provider's terms.
- Probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another workspace.
- Upload malware or use credentials, content, or personal information without authorization.
Connected providers
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Firebase, Vercel, and optional AI providers are independent services with their own terms and policies. Their availability, review decisions, quotas, and API behavior are outside Wieser Social's control. You may disconnect a provider at any time.
Bring-your-own-key AI
AI features use the provider and API key you select. You are responsible for the provider's terms, usage, output review, and any provider charges. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication.
Free service and availability
Wieser Social is currently provided without a subscription fee. Features may change to maintain security, provider compatibility, or sustainable operation. The service is provided on an as-available basis, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or that every third-party API will remain available.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated to protect users, comply with law, respond to provider requirements, or address a material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request data deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Wieser Social is provided without implied warranties. The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by third-party outages, provider enforcement, unauthorized account use, or content published at your direction. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to traviswieser@gmail.com.
